Should I give a refund to a guest who messaged me 2 hours after check-in time saying he broke up with his partner and will no longer be coming? Need help

@Taylor623 if they were coming for a week or two then the simple answer is that, if they cancel, you will refund any nights you can get a replacement booking for. If its only a night or two then say they have blocked your calendar for x weeks and so its impossible to get a replacement booking so no refund.

They will be able to review you though as Airbnb won't know they didn't turn up.
