Smoking

Hi, 

looking for some advice, very new to hosting on Airbnb, our 2nd guests have smoked in the living room, (despite no smoking listed in house rules) there is also a cigarette burn in the carpet. We require a £250 security deposit which Airbnb is holding. What cost would people recommend asking from the guests for smoking in the living room?

I've successfully been reimbursed for extra cleaning (dry-cleaning of cushions/curtains etc) due to smoking, but there isn't really a 'fine' you can apply, @Rhianne4.
