HI Bhumika , I am in contact with Airbnb support for the whole month now. Till this date
all they did is:
- change around 80 different agent, I had to explain the situation to everyone of them again
- nearly around 50 of them asked me to try several trouble shooters and I did , nothing happened
still same error
-10 of them put me on hold for an average of 35 mintues each
-15 of them asked me to 24 hours because I tried too many times to book , those trouble shooting exercises come in handy
-and 15 of them transferred my case to the specialist
Department which I guess are located in area 51 , and a customer cannot reach them !
I put gift cards worth of $1100 in my account
naturally/legally I should be able to book my airbnb with just my gift credits and won’t have to pay
Apparently that’s not the case , many of the agents even asked me to pay for the booking from your debit card and several asked to change the payment method!
this is crazy
