Stolen necklace (Coastline Rentals)

My friend, cousin, and I checked into an Airbnb. I put my necklace down before going swimming, the plumber dropped by because we had no hot water, once we returned my necklace was gone. It was ONLY him inside the Airbnb besides us. Jewelry doesn't just grow legs and walk away. I was not give me his information to help me resolve the issue either.
