Tax Concierge. Has anyone used this service to pay taxes in Mexico?

Hello 🙂

Has anyone used the service "Tax Concierge" to withhold and pay Occupancy and VAT Taxes in Mexico? I received an e-mail from Airbnb suggesting this option for paying taxes, since in my area taxes are withheld but not remitted to the Mexican government.

@Julie4314  Never heard of it. You don't have a Mexican accountant to handle this for you?

I have talked with an accountant. I don't have an RFC which I would need to pay my taxes. Airbnb does not remit taxes on my behalf in my area. Airbnb sent me the following link which explains Tax Concierge and I'm wondering if it is legit?

@Julie4314 I don't know if that's a legit Airbnb site. You should contact Airbnb and ask them.

Hi @Julie4314 . Any luck or updates? I'm looking at using them as well. I messaged support and they said they are a legit company.  I'm wondering if there could be repurcussions in the future if I want to stop using them or if this strategy turns out to be deemed innappropriate by the Mexican government.

Hi. I’m going through this same issue. Have you used the company? Airbnb is telling me to use them as well it’s referred on one of there pages.
