Tittle says it all. What info do i need to provide to be able to post my listing?

It's to stop people setting up false listings in Ukraine  so they can benefit from  donated bookings from hosts and guests which were designed to support existing hosts @Svetlana235 

As because of the tragic situation in Ukraine you're unable to host, what is your purpose in setting up a listing?

@Svetlana235   Airbnb allowed verified hosts who already had listings in Ukraine before the invasion to keep them active to receive donations. But I don't think it's accepting new listings there at this time.
