Turnover time

I’m having an issue with Airbnb automatically booking a guest the same day a guest checks out it’s becoming too much for my cleaner

@Zaboora0 if you go to your calendar, then settings and then availability you can choose if you want to have same day bookings (I do not, usually those guests turn out to be pain in the behind) and if you want to have  preparation time- next guest can not check the same day another guest checks out (I personally do not mind as long as I know in advance which I do as I do not accept same day bookings)

You can adjust your preparation time settings in Airbnb to add a buffer between bookings. 

1. Go to your Airbnb hosting dashboard.

2. Click on listing and select the property you want to edit.

3. Go to the availability tab.

4. Scroll down to Preparation time and select block  1 night before and after each reservation (or more if needed).

This will automatically prevent same-day turnovers and give your cleaner more time to prepare the space.
