Winter downtime

I’m a super host and typically stay packed up during the summer but I have absolutely no reservations for December. What are some things you do to boost your downtime in the winter?

I’m also interested in how to keep your listing at the top of the list for your area

any suggestions welcomed.

1. List on all relevant STR channels and consider setting up channels to take direct channels and invest in targeted advertising to drive traffic to them
