Hi I have been trying for several months now and it is still on going to be reimbursed by airbnb for damage done by a guest who denies any damage. I have gone through the required procedures i.e - photos and quotes as regards the damage, when ever I check it states this case is closed, I reopen go through the same procedure and start all over again with a different ambassador who normally has poor English. They state they have aircover for hosts in my experience this is not the case. Has anyone got a good experience around this topic or can someone advice me of my next step to try and get some compensation from airbnb, thanks in anticipation Steve
