Coupon not paid

Hi dear , some days one of my reservation was cancelled to a host in singapore and for this I soppysed to get a coupon of refund to rebook another apartment and I booked again with Airbnb in singapore but where is my coupon and refund from Airbnb ? I didn’t get any refund .

@Shah4 I suggest you to call the Assistance. Probably it will take a few days your refund to get on your credit card. Just check with them
