I'm trying to contact airbnb because a guest who is due to arrive in a month has been charged twice for the same dates.
She has tried requesting a refund for the date to no avail.
I've searched for a contact mail or number to inform airbnb of their error, but cannot fine one.
Does anyone know how to contact airbnb directly? It seems ironic that I'm sending a messate to the community rather than writing directly to client services, but I can't seem to find their client service hotline!
