I WOULD LIKE NOW TO REDO THE SPECIAL OFFER WITH THE CORRECT AMOUNT BUT THE CALENDAR IS NOW BLOKED AND NOT ABLE TO DO A NEW OFFER.

go in the Booking - Change /Cancel and from there you can change the amount of the stay.

It doesn't appear like a special offer, so I suggest to talk with your guest first explaining what you are going to do.Then if he agree, you do the change and he has to accept it once again.

On the contrary I think you have to cancel the booking :((
