Hosting people in Athens - Grece

Good morning, my name is Davide Gallo, and I have 2 apartments (Milano and Napoli)  here on Airbnb. I ask my questions to my colleagues in Athens . I'm going to buy a small apartment, for two or three people  in the beautiful Athens, and I would like to have some informations about the city: first of all, it is easy to rent on airbnb? What is the range of prices for a 2/3 people apartment? Colegues already working in Athens are satisfied? The rents in Athens cover the whole year or only from June to end of September?
