HORRIBLE NEW RULE ON REVIEW AFTER GUEST CANCELLATION , WITHOUT EVEN SEE THE LOCATION OR LIVE THE EXP
GUEST CANCELLED THE RESERVATION WHILE WE WERE WAITING FOR HER; 2 HOURS AFTER HER SUPPOSED ARRIVAL TIME. THE GUEST TOLD US THAT HER MUM WOULD ARRIVE LATE, BUT SHE SUDDENLY CANCELLED THE RESERVATION. WE ARE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE NEW RULES OF AIRBNB ARE COMPLETLY AGAINST THE HOST ( EVEN SUPER HOSTS ), AS NOW A GUEST CAN ALSO MAKE A BAD COMMENT IF THEY CANCEL ON THE SAME DAY AT NO FAULT OF THE HOST, AFTER THE CHECK IN TIME AND ON TOP OF THE NON-SHOW. IT´S INCREDIBLE HOW NOW A GUEST CAN LEAVE A COMMENT WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE LOCATION AND LIVINGTHE EXPERIENCE... THIS IS SOMENTHING THAT AIRBNB MUST CHANGE. WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO PASS THE WORDS IN THE COMMUNITY AS IT´S VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SEEMS THAT AIRBNB IS ONLY ON THE SIDE OF GUEST , EVEN THOUGH WE ARE WORKING VERY HARD ALL THE TIME TO PROVIDE A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE FOR OUR GUESTS. AIRBNB IS SUPPOSED TO BE A COMMUNITY, BUT IT DOESN´T FEEL THIS WAY AT ALL ANYMORE. WE HOPE THAT THE COMMUNITY WILL REJECT THIS RECENT CHANGE AS WELL.

Ti conviene cercare l'argomento (ci sarà sicuramente, in tanti hanno già protestato per questo) e aggiungerti. Se vuoi postare sulla community internazionale, temo che tu debba cercare i vari forum localizzati e postare su ciascuno.
