@Vesna21, you can set your listing choosing different prices according to different number of people, for example a standard low price for 1-2 people, and then an additional cost for each additional guest (till max. 4 or more guests). Your listing has to be ready to allow different kinds of inquiries. And you can set the immediate online Booking, or only the availability on demand (not immediate). In the first case (immediate), you can not speak with your guests BEFORE the final booking, but only AFTER, so your listing should be already very precise under all points of view. In the second case (not immediate), guests use to send an inquiry but you can freely answer by Airbnb private message and you can ask further information about the stay, included the number of people, but, even in this last case, the prices of your listing should be already very clear and different according to different number of people. During your private conversations by Airbnb messages, you can freely speak and write about all the subjects, save for telephon numbers, mail addresses, and private internet sites.
