2 rooms question

Hello! I have been doing Airbnb for several years and in our other home we used to have 2 rooms available for the same rate. So if there was a couple and they stayed in the same room it was the same price as if 2 separate people (who booked together) had their own rooms. If there was a couple and a third person or more I would charge for anyone over 2 people.
We have moved and now I want to use my main room for Airbnb but want to make the second bedroom available for up to 2 more people in the same party for an extra fee. Do I have to make a separate listing for it or is there a way to link it to the original? And if it is 2 people coming and they each want a room, I want to be able to charge per room? 
not sure if I am making sense in my question.  
is there a way to do this?
