I’m in the middle of a similar experience. 4 weeks in and still under review after simply changing photos to something more inviting to the guests. After 4 separate answers, all conflicting, the last answer is that I’m forced to wait 8 weeks to be able to escalate the issue any further. First answer was that it takes 24 hours. A month later… Second answer was that it was due to a booking that relied on those features. The photo change happened weeks before the booking request… Third answer was 15-30 days (instead of 24 hours). We’re there… And the fourth answer was 8 weeks with a blatant unwillingness to show me in writing that their answer was, in fact, correct. Blind trust from a “team” that has proven inept so far without a shadow of a doubt. Their support staff, which speaks poor English at best, has destroyed any confidence I had in their ability to solve a problem when they inevitably arise. I promised them that at 8 weeks I’m going to start calling every day until someone does their job for the entire 60 seconds it’ll take to re-approve features we already had.
