Add more photos to listing and Covid Response

I'm a member of ABNB since 2016 and for some reason all of the sudden, I cannot add photos to my 7 listings. The little box is there with the + symbol but it is grayed out and when I click on it, nothing happens. What is going on? I have had nothing but time to rearrange furniture and do construction projects for two months while being shut down and I want to add the new photos, and I want to post in photos our COVID response information as I do not want it in the description because it will make my descriptions way too long.

I only want to update my photo's but I can never log on to my account, only to the calendar
