Adding my address on website, Airbnb seems to not pick it up

Hi All, I was previously registered with Airbnb and had glowing reviews but in the grand scheme of things it was just a single room I rented out now and again to supplement my salary, had really great reviews and absolutely loved the company of the majority of the interesting people that stayed with me . My previous account seems to have disappeared, which is fair enough as I haven't rented my spare room out in over a year due to Covid. Now I am having major problems in the website picking up my address? It states I am giving insufficient information, although I have lived at my address for over 12 years and know this cannot be the case. Please help! I've had 2 vaccinations and aware of the cleanliness regime.

If your previous account was closed or deactivated by Airbnb, you should have received information about it. Are you sure it is deleted ?

If your address can not be entered or is not recognized in the new listing, you need to contact Airbnb: Airbnb Help: contact .
