Advice Key safe / key box

Hi!

Does anyone have any advice for key safes? We already tried different safes, but keep having problems. We rent out 4 holiday apartments via Airbnb.

We are looking for a key safe with the following features:

- weatherproof

- be able to create codes with a specific time period

- possible to create multiple codes

- controllable with a decent app

We had safes that could do this, but after an app-update, they all no longer work. Not even after resetting.

Any advice is welcome!
