Alex.  We notified Airbnb in October 2024 that our Condo was destroyed by Hurricanes Helene and Milton and to please remove our listing. We made cancellations of pending reservations and closed out account. We have had a couple of reservation inquiries within last 30 days which we informed we are no longer able to rent our unit.

Hello Eilis!

Beautiful listings and great descriptions! My only comment (which may be inaccurate) is that it looks like there is a dog in one of the pictures I believe it was in the middle listing. If you do have a dog on the premises, I would mention that, in case a potential guest has any aversion to animals. (Again, if I'm mistaken, then your listings look just fine to me! 🙂 Good luck! Like @David-And-Karen4 I think the listings look great, no obvious issues that I can see! I see you specifically mention descriptions, but I don't see anything wrong with the ones you have.

For the Tack Room, it looks like you may still have to tick some amenities. I say this because (1) the other 2 listings have more amenities, and (2) hot water is not ticked for the Tack Room, which means there could be more that you need to add there?

In general, go over all the sections in the Listing Editor and make sure that the listings are as complete as they can be. This is not only for the benefit of humans looking at them, but also to please the bot that likes to boost more complete listings in search results!

Did you have a professional photographer take pictures for your listing? They can definitely help with pictures that seem dark. For under $200 it was definitely worth the money for my listing.
