Advice on your place

One of my houses is near the freight rail load, they are not shaking the ground and only make slight noise when they pass by, three freights at night, last one is 11:30 pm. Shall I disclose it. My three door down the load neighbor is also an Airbnb host, She doesn’t not disclose it. Any suggestion? Please!

It’s helpful to know if your neighbor has mentioned the potential for noise, but what really matters is how her guests are experiencing it. Take a look at her reviews. How many stars is she getting? Do any of the guests mention the noise issue?

i live in an inner city area and am one of the few hosts in my area that talks about my location. 

Other hosts in my area do get marked down on location but mine tends to be mainly five because I am honest about the fact it can be scruffy in parts .

Your neighbor may not mention it because she hasn’t had complaints, or perhaps her guests aren’t as sensitive? But what works for one listing doesn’t guarantee it will work for another.
I disclosed mine since our listing is near the road even if the sound is slight, some guests are very sensitive to noise, especially at night. Guests appreciate honesty.
