Apartment and babies

Hello!
I have a question.
I have some guests coming for a month next week. After making the reservation they asked me if I had a crib because they have an 8 month old baby.
In the description of my apartment, I clarify that I don't have furniture or baby bed/cot.
In response to the guest's question I told him that I didn't have a crib and I told him that I was going to make him sign a discharge so that I would not be responsible for any accident. Because I consider that the apartment is not suitable for an 8 month old baby.

Has anyone ever made a guest sign for something like this? I would like to see a model discharge for this.

@Laura5971 One of those fold-able baby crib is very inexpensive.

As to signing a waiver it really depends on your country's liability laws.

Where I am at we are only required to post 'Swim at Your Own Risk', that's it; their survival is their responsibility. 😁
