Applying for STR permit

Good afternoon everyone, 

I’m applying for a STR permit in Jersey City and 1 of the requirements is General Liability insurance. Can someone recommend a company that handle this? I’ve called a couple of insurance companies and all have told me they don’t offer this for Airbnb. 
Should I be using different words? 

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
