Area opportunities

Hello, I'm new to the site, my question is simple.  My building is in the Auburn Gresham area of Chicago. Which is the south side of Chicago.   My concern is will the greater society be willing to rent in this area?  I'm not sure anyone can answer, but if you can, I would love to hear the answer.  Thank you much.

@Ron9065 I suspect the fact you need to ask the question means you already know the answer. What properties already exist in that area for short term rental. If there are none/few then either its a great opportunity or an area that just won't work.

This is an international community @Ron9065  so the majority of us won't have even visited Chicago.

I would suggest you ask on the Chicago host group (normally on FB).

Why do you feel guest wouldn't want to stay in your location?

Thank you for your response.  To answer that particular area is not dangerous but, it isn't the safest.
