I was wondering if there is a better way to share my Airbnb calendar with my cleaners, maybe with a specific calendar app?
I’ve tried with Google Calendar, however it doesn’t show the overlapping check-ins/check-outs for same day bookings. Unless I go in manually to change it, it won’t give me the right date. Also, it takes a while to sync a new booking. I also wish I could automate how many guests are arriving, which unfortunately Airbnb doesn’t sync that information.
Any recommendations for applications that does do this, so I can share with my cleaners so they’re not confused.

- You can download the CSV file from "list of reservations" and sent it to the cleaners (or modify it first)
- you can add your cleaner as a co-host

We used to sync to a Google Calendar also but found it unreliable.
We now use a free Airbnb calendar sync'ing tool called Trusty **that generates a public URL that we share with our cleaner. They can then check the URL whenever they want to see the upcoming turnovers.

@Chris-And-Corinne0 Does the Trusty app send the cleaners notifications of changes to the calendar such as cancelations or new bookings?
Hey Ernie/Denise - It says that it is coming soon. There is a notifications page where you can set up immediate notifications or daily digests for a bunch of events like cancellations, new bookings, calendar sync issues.
Once you add your listing ical links and turn on cleaning tasks it will list them under your calendar and your cleaner can confirm/reject/schedule/complete them
this is an old post- so you probably moved on. I've been using roomtrackcr.com app (you can google it since they didn't publish on app store) and it's been really great. You'd need to export iCal and sync it to the app, but once you have it done, you can generate a link for your cleaners and they can access your iCal through the app. they don't need to sign up. They can take a picture and upload it, check the room off if they are done. I've been doing this on a paper calendar since I became a host and now it's been easier with the free app.
