Camper question

Hello!
We have a camper that we would like to rent out. We would personally do all of the hauling ourselves to a local campground and set up the camper for the renter. The renter is not moving the camper at all. Is this allowed?

Hello @Niccole5 ,

Please find below an important link that might help answer your question. You’ll notice that some of the campers are stationary and do not move. Make sure to classify the listing correctly and mention this clearly in the listing description. This page can also give you plenty of ideas on how to present your listing.

Hi @Niccole5

You are free to set your own house rules. If the camper is stationary, make sure this is clearly stated in your listing description and outlined again in your house rules. Being upfront helps manage guest expectations, avoids misunderstandings, and protects you in case of any issues later on. Clearly specify what is and isn’t allowed so guests know exactly what they are booking before they arrive.

@Niccole5
If you want the guest to pick a site—no, Airbnb does not do that. Most campsites do directly, because they control standards for campers used on their property.
