Can't Edit My Listing

Can anybody point me in the direction of what to do about editing my listing?  I need to make changes to the description, among other things, but I can't edit either on the web or in the app.  I talked to an ABB person prolly 6 mos ago about this, and they said it's a "known issue" and was being addressed, but it's still not fixed as of 10m ago.

@Lisa937 what actually happens when you try and edit it? Does it allow you to change the text but the save button disappears? If so its an easy fix
