Check In Instructions on App and Desktop

Hello everyone 👋

New host here (first guest staying this evening - how exciting!!) I have questions about check in instructions. 

After much investigating, I have realised these points...

- Check in instructions on the app and desktop are completely separate.

- Only desktop instructions appear in scheduled messages/quick replies.

Questions

- Which EXACT situations can the guests access app or desktop instructions?

- Which situations would a guest see one and not the other?

I am baffled this is as complex as it is, and I really feel all guests should have access to the instructions that have photos with them as it makes check in SO much easier.

Hi Rachel,

I totally agree with you.  I'm pulling my hair out over this.  I host 30 properties and contantly getting messages from guests, saying they can't access my detailed photos, even though they are all loaded in the listing via the mobile app.  😬
