Cleaning for longer stays

Hi all, l only started hosting this month and so far my guests have booked for a few days. I have some bookings where they are staying for 7 days or more.  I'm wondering whether:

1. should l bring them clean towels after 7 days or less?

2. The same for bed linen.

3. Should l just give them the extras when they check in?

Any advice would be great.  I don't charge a cleaning fee.

@Belen218 I would institute a cleaning fee especially if you are considering hosting longer than a week Belen .Generally a linen change every week with a general clean of kitchen bathroom and vaccumning is a good idea. This is a way for you to maintain the space and also to do other maintenance like lawn mowing which needs to be done  If you have a four week stay without this then you could find it a little ugly. This is a matter of trust with your guest and an arranged time needs to be decided with the guests. Preferably when they are out but it is better if you can do this yourself because your guests belongings are also in the house . A payment per week can be sent as an extra fee or the weeks can be added as a lump sum agreed with the guest before they arrive. Its tricky but you are charging for a serviced home and to just leave the guest to do the cleaning is not generally , to my way of thinking a good idea.... H

@Belen218 when people stay for more than about a week we offer to change the bed linen and towels. Our ideal is that we change the linen as we can check the place over but we leave the decision to the guest.

We don't want the guest washing the linen/towels themselves as it usually results in damage.
