Confronting guests

I had someone reach out to me as an inquiry on the Airbnb site saying my guests “very rowdy, very drunk and very vulgar around the kids at the community pool. We may call the Sheriff if they return.”

I reached out to the guest asking if any incidents happened at the pool and let them know about the report but wanted to get some advice .

I'm newer to hosting so any help and guidance is greatly appreciated

@Kristina846 Its always great if you can enlist a neighbour to help you keep an eye on the place. I would semi-formalise the arrangement.
