Hi, currently it looks like my only option as a host is to restrict by one single check-in day and no check-out specifications. Is there a way around this? I want to allow people to check in OR out on Sat or Sundays but no other days during the high season. I just had an auto-book for a rental with a check out on a Tuesday on one of the most in-demand weeks all year. Now it will be difficult to rent the remaining part of the week and I will lose $. I would allow it if the renter was willing to pay the difference but I see no way to add that logic in either... Ideas?
@Mary475 You need to turn on Professional Hosting Tools:
https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2499/using-professional-hosting-tools
And then apply the rule sets to specific check-in/out days.
@Annie1372 I don't know of any. You can easily switch it off I believe. But if you are interested in customizing and tailoring your calendar to fit booking preferences you definitely need the rule set feature.
@Annie1372 The only downside of pro tools are, I believe,
1) it takes 2 clicks to get to the monthly calendar view
2) things are moved around a bit so need to get used to a new layout.
