Declining an invitation

I have a group of ladies wanting to rent our house for a girls weekend.  They do not have any reviews, and are young.  I am hesitant to approve them since they have no reviews.  Anybody have any advice?

@Cheryl839 For me it depends on where you live relative to the listing. Our house is attached to our flats so we can quash any parties should they start up.

@Cheryl839  I hope you’re well!

All I would say is go with your gut instinct:  if you’re hesitant then don’t take the risk.

Better an empty house than a weekend of stress!

@Cheryl839   We all have to start somewhere.  In my early days of hosting I accepted a group of four ladies for a weekend.  They were new to the platform and  let me know that they were best of friends and just wanted some ‘chill’ time away from their husbands.  They left my cottage absolutely pristine and came back again a few months later.  Perhaps a few carefully posed questions to clarify their intentions and ask them to confirm that they have read, understand and agree to your house rules might be the way forward?

Communication is key!  Quiz/ask politely.  Read the responses carefully.  You need to be comfortable with your guests.  Follow your gut instinct.
