@Andrew3709 Depends on what your guests are coming for. If there are more tourists a dedicated workspace is not so important, but if there are many guests coming on business - I'd recommend including it as well as installing ethernet connection. That's what I did in my apartment.

Not so sure about cribs. If they are not so expensive - better to have it as an amenity. The more amenities, the better! But I doubt it will be crucial to help get more bookings.

I have a lot of guests with a baby asking for a crib and high chair. Regularly guests have to work during their vacation and appreciate good internet and a laptop-friendly workspace
