Does the special offer include the cleaning fee?

Can anyone tell me, if i make a special offer to a guest, do i need to include the cleaning fee in that offer or does it get added automatically the way it would if the guest were booking normally?

Yes, you need to include the cleaning fee, as is also mentioned here (section: to sent a special offer, item "keep in mind')
