curious to know, if that was a quick search from Chat GPT ;), you seem to know quite a bit about Uttarakhand, India.

would you or anyone here know if there are any regulations / paperwork to be done with respect to local authorities before giving out to Airbnb.

Also, is is important to have a caretaker 24X7 to help with dishes etc.

@Sumedha9 Have you tried approaching your local government to ask them directly about any restrictions or requirements, as other hosts have suggested?

In addition to that, perhaps  @Yudhish-Dutt0 @Samarth4 or @Maati-Living---Mukteshwar0, who have properties in the area too, will know more 🙂
