FAMILY vs 2 COUPLES RATES?

I have a 2 bd/2ba condo.  I wondered if I could charge a rate for a family of 4 differently than if hosting 2 couples or 4 adults?   I want to make it a bit easier on families?   I live in a very expensive place where it makes it almost prohibitive for families to afford to travel.  Is there a way to do that?

@Jodie178 The simple answer is no. You could state a 10% refund will be given for families in your description but that will not help people to find your place.
