Hi all, very close to having our little 1 x bed ready for Air BnB. Just after a bit of advice regarding regulations. Do we need to upload fire certificates/ EICR / EPC's etc onto the Air BnB portal? Do matresses need fire certification/protection?

You’re almost there—that’s exciting 😊
When it comes to listing on Airbnb, they don’t usually ask you to upload documents like fire certificates, EICR, or EPC directly onto the platform. However, you still need to comply with your local laws and safety regulations, which can vary depending on your country.

Hi @Samantha1691,
This is such an exciting time!
Could you tell us where you will be hosting from please? This will be useful to give you further advice, in addition to what Nandini has already kindly explained. 🙂
Have a lovely day,
Emilie
