Help required with delisting process

Hi there. I have now tried all possible ways to delist from Airbnb. This has been an ongoing exercise for nearly 3 years now. Is there someone in our airbnb community that could assist with the correct procedure? One that works because none of the instructions on the website work and its not as if ANYONE at the airbnb helpdesk is going to answer an email anytime soon!

Any assistance would be highly appreciated!
