Hi, I am looking at introducing a Hot tub and Suna to my place. Will this boost my listing and at what % on average should increase my listing price

I can't tell you what price increase to apply for the hot tub, but I can certainly confirm that my hot tub in Venice (Italy) has been very popular with guests and has led to an increase in bookings 😉

@Sean1824  If you offer amenities like a hot tub and sauna, you can probably charge another 20% over your current base rate.  I am priced higher than my immediate local competition as I have a hot tub and they do not, and I rent more often and for longer stays than they do.

Realize the cost of those amenities when you determine your nightly rate.  Include regular inspection and maintenance fees from the hot tub/sauna company, as guests do not always know how to correctly operate or use hot tubs or saunas.  My annual costs for having a hot tub are about $1000 US.  I have about 50 different bookings per year so the expense per booking is $20 US.  What will your costs be and how will they affect your bottom line?
