@Paul8709  Service animals have to be accommodated at the listing, but not in a swimming pool or hot tub.  Have a separate waiver for the pool and hot tub that the guest must sign or otherwise acknowledge, spelling out that animals may not be in the pool or hot tub as their fur will damage the mechanicals.  Ensure that the guest understands that damages due to the animal being in the pool or hot tub will be charged to the guest.  This will have to be a part of your house rules on AirBnB to be supported.
