How can transition to the new manager?

I am moving away in about 10 days and a new manager will take over as host for the nine cottages we have listed on Airbnb. The facility, and I, have almost 600 reviews. I want the transition to be smooth and the reviews stay with the facility.

I will be continuing as a host in our new town.

@Blake212 Reviews are attached to the listed host profile, not the property. Even if you were to sell all your properties, the reviews you have earned will remain onyour profile and wouldn't be transferrable to the new owner.

Ok, that is understood. Will the new general manager at this facility have to set up each of the cottages again from new?
