How do I delete a listing?

I sold one of two properties I own and now that all my reservation have been completed for the sold property in 2020 I would like to remove the listing. I have followed online help guides but what the guides are suggesting is not an option I am able to do. How can I delete the property I no longer need?

I am trying to delete a duplicated listing.

The help instructions are USELESS!

The HELP instructins indicate that you can simply click the link "Deactive" sadly, no such link exists!!

I have run accross this problem before in trying to adjust my listing.

Can any one tell me the correct way to delete a listing?
