Independent arrival of guests

I would like to talk to apartment owners about the following: how do you receive guests - have you installed electronic keys for self-check-in or have you hired someone to meet and hand over keys?
I have an idea that is already in development for creating an automated key transfer option without intermediaries.
And I would like to hear from you, dear owners, whether such a service would be useful to you?
I would appreciate your input and engagement in the discussion.

@Михаил32 We hand over the key personally or, if we are not available, we leave it under a flowerpot. We find this level of technology perfect and it hasn't failed us yet.

What do you mean by 'automated key transfer' and why do you feel this would be a better option for hosts than other options @Михаил32
