I was wondering what the rest of you do about the back door when you have a smart lock and doorbell camera on the front door. I have recently had guests just use my back door unlocked and just go in and out avoiding me seeing any goings on.....very frustrating.  I know a camera doorbell at the back too I guess, but another smart lock too????

I use an eufy doorbell with CCTV and you can add many cameras as you like. I your case just add one to the back door. You must have a warning sign and not audio or film inside the house.

Yes. If you are having this sneaky behavior. Put another smart lock on the back door. Any other doors just lock. 
you can install a camera system on the back of the home, to see if multiple people are staying at your rental.

It would be nice to hear what approach you took eventually to address the situation.

It was a one time thing..I think.  Most people are open and kind and are not trying to pull anything over on the host....we give the back door key to most people for convenience and we have no problems.  Those people just lied from the beginning and didn't like it when I called them on it.
