Liabilities

As a host, a new one at that, I am concerned about potential liabilities that could arise.  Does HOI cover this?  Does Air b & b have a policy?  How does this work state by state?  Instead of the quality of material of blankets I am interested in the answers to these questions.   I will be looking for them but I wanted to post this in the meantime.

@Henry648  You need to have a good short term renter insurance policy in place.  Regular HOI insurance will probably not cover damages by AirBnB guests.  AirCover is also a policy that may not cover you for damages, even though it purports to.
