You have many listings showing under your profil but I went onto one of them and can see that you haven't completed all the information that is required for your listing to be highlighted. Once your listing is created and goes live, you need to go back and complete all the new sub sections that will appear and that will better explain to guests what you're offering.
You only show 8 amenities for example which is too low and I'm sure if you go back to this section, you'll be able to tick many, many more.
With a listing that is complete and attractive, you'll have a better chance of being picked by the algorithm. Good and bright photos also play an essential role
I would suggest taking a look at Host Guides that you'll find here under the Homes section and main menu. There is one for new hosts.
