I am not sure if my account is still active.  I opened the account in late 2017 and  had a  wonderful  experience.

Now I want to travel again using AIRBNB. I went and edited some personal data. My attempt send a message to a host failed in that it went to the host I had in 2017. She kindly explain they were not hosting because of COVID-19.  My question is this do I need to open a new account?   Sincerely   Dale  **

@Dale819 I can't see your profile which usually means Airbnb has suspended/deleted your account. It may have been hacked in your absence.

I would just try and open a new account but you may have problems if your email address or phone number is attached to your old account.
