Mattresses-What Specs are most preferred?

Hello Everyone,

I am looking to replace the mattress in my airbnb i have had both positive and a  not so good review from one client. One client said it's too firm i bought a mattress topper  client still said its too firm still even with the topper so i am just curious to find out personally i love an othorpedic mattress. I understand this is not the case for everyone what is the sweet spot what kind of mattress would you suggest works for everyone from your experience i am new to this so i will appreciate all the feedback i can get to make the right purchase.Thank you.:-)
