Multiple guest homes

I have a property with two guest homes. I want my guests to be able to rent one guest home or both guest homes. How do I list these and so I can get correct pricing? thanks!

@Megan673  One listing for each home and a third listing that incorporate both. Then you have to link the calendars so if somene rents both, the individual listings get blocked.
